I am thrilled that you made it here!
This is my story.
I have been the CEO of my landscape design company for 25 years. I work with nature and plants to build an outdoor living space for people to enjoy. Doing so has brought me the personal satisfaction of working with customers to help manifest their vision of ambiance and environment.
As my life began to change, my business partner left, my health started to decline, and other issues slowed me down. I knew the signs: it was my inner garden that needed attention, and my focus needed to shift and transform.
So, I found a life coach!
She profoundly helped me to process the difficult emotions that weighed me down. I confronted the unresolved and compounded grief that robbed me of my voice, the addictions that numbed me from truly feeling my emotions, and the co-dependency that stifled my growth. Having a life coach was critical in giving me direction, clarity, and the resilience to make these difficult changes.
My life coach also guided me to The Adult Chair® podcast. Immediately, I signed up for The Adult Chair membership to better understand the work for my inner child. In doing so, I was empowered with the way to be a healthy adult, and now I am comfortable, present, and conscious.
My passion statement is and always has been…

Now, as a Certified Adult Chair® Coach, I have discovered the path, a way to give back, and another colorful design of my own beautiful landscape!
